When do suppliers get paid?

For accounts approved for managed checkout, the agreed payout process and timing are shown in the supplier agreement before activation. Request-only listings do not involve HexaRêve collecting payment.

What documents do I need to join?

Identity, company or tax registration where applicable, the licence relevant to your category (accommodation, transport, guiding, food hygiene) and insurance. Everything is uploaded to a private, encrypted area.
